Welcome to TejasQL.ai ("the App"), an Airtable extension designed to enhance your workflow by enabling voice-controlled actions. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TejasQL.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

3. License to Use the App

  • Avoiding any use of the App that may harm or disrupt Airtable's platform or other users.

5. Third-Party Services

TejasQL.ai integrates with Airtable and may interact with other third-party applications. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Data Usage

TejasQL.ai processes your Airtable data to provide its functionality. We do not store your data beyond what is required to provide the service. 7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and trademarks, are owned by TejasQL.ai or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited. Enterprise companies and their employees are expressly prohibited from using the App's intellectual property for internal development, reverse engineering, or creating competing products.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the App or its users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Additionally, we expressly disclaim any liability for business losses, interruptions, or damages resulting from reliance on the App by enterprise users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco, California.
